Vivek Gopan headlines Malayalam prime-time television. As the lead of Asianet's Parasparam — the longest-running serial in the history of Malayalam television, at 1,524 episodes across five years — he set an industry record for sustained TRP.
He carried Surya TV's Thenum Vayambum through 250 episodes, then opened Zee Keralam's Karthikadeepam to the highest debut-episode rating the channel had seen, anchoring it to the top of the BARC charts. The lead roles have continued without a break — Seetharamam, Thoovalsparsham, Sukhamodevi on Flowers, and currently Madhuranombarakattu on Zee Keralam.
